Steve is a seasoned financial executive with a strong background in corporate strategy, M&A, and raising capital. He most recently served as CFO of Live Current Media, where he led a public listing, capital raises, and multiple acquisitions.
Almaz is a technology entrepreneur with a proven track record of launching and scaling platforms. He founded Aven Financial (now a unicorn company) and previously served as SVP of R&D at Cognizant.
